HOA dues are $810 annually (quarterly payments of $202.50 are due January 1; April 1; July 1 and

October 1. )

Homeowners dues can be paid online via PayPal, using a debit card, credit card, or banking account.

Please note that a 4% 'tax' (convenience fee) will be applied to all payments made online to cover PayPal service fees.

Bill Pay:

To utilize bill pay, you will need to authorize Ox Bottom Crest as a recipient. You can set up payments through your bank's online banking service. Please contact your financial institution for more information.
