Homeowners Association
The Ox Bottom Crest Homeowners Association is interested in protecting the welfare and safety of the neighborhood. The Association works to maintain and enhance property values. The Board is dedicated to protecting the interest of the community and the property of its members.

Board members are volunteers who have agreed to serve to handle the business of the association. They hold meetings which are open to the membership to discuss and vote on issues regarding the Association.

The Association is a non-profit corporation. Membership in the Association is mandatory for all homeowners in the Ox Bottom Crest neighborhood. Chapter 720, Florida Statutes, governs all homeowners associations. In addition, the Association is governed by the Covenants and Bylaws of the Ox Bottom Crest HOA.

The Association's management company is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the association. This includes processing homeowner dues payments, paying the bills, answering emails and inquiries, and keeping the board informed.
